PLANNING
We strongly believe that planning is the first—and most vital—step to ensuring the success of any project. We have developed a number of successful strategic plans for Head Start agencies such as Community Parents Head Start in Brooklyn, the Staten Island Mental Health Society Head Start and the Leagues Head Start in Newark, New Jersey.

We have also utilized strategic planning in developing and expanding our own company. This resulted in the completion of our present facility which was built from the ground-up.
